WHAT WE DO

We transport Clark County residents in wheelchairs or with other special needs due to disabilities. Our service is from person to person, ensuring that the rider is safely received, transported, and accompanied to the right person at their destination. Most often we are providing non-urgent medical transportation, but we can transport for errands, social activities, or other destinations that enable our riders to live their lives to the fullest.

We understand how important it is for our riders to be on time for appointments, for our riders and those who care about them to trust us for their safety, and for good communications. Because of that, we offer:

  • Online booking

  • Trip reminders

  • In-route updates and ETAs

  • Safe arrival notifications

  • Emailed invoices and receipts

  • Convenient payment options, including online

Our Rates

Wheelchair Transports (within Vancouver): $95 one way, $130 round trip.

Non-Wheelchair Transports (within Vancouver): $70 one way, $85 round trip

Please note: There are some places right outside Vancouver where we can still charge our flat rates. There are also some cases where we will need to charge a little more for rides within Vancouver. Though these cases are rare.

Trips Outside Vancouver: Contact us for a quote. Transports outside Vancouver often requires additional miles, driving time and waiting time, all of which add to the cost. We try to make it affordable, though! We can transport Washington residents anywhere they need to go, including outside Washington State, but we cannot transport people who are not Washington residents.

Our Fleet

Our Dodge Grand Caravans and Toyota Siennas are equipped with top notch ADA compliant safety equipment, including a wide ramp, plenty of space, lap and shoulder seat belts, and wheel chair securement systems. For those not riding in a wheel chair, you will find your front seat as comfortable as it is safe. In addition, we want our riders to feel good about riding with Five Star Special Transport, so we keep our vans clean and looking sharp.

Our drivers

All of our drivers have taken defensive driving courses, are CPR and first aid certified, and are highly trained in our safety equipment. In other words, they are ready to give you five star service!
