“Extraordinary kindness by owner when another service failed to deliver my 97 year old mother to my home for a special luncheon with out of town guests already at my home. The other driver was rude and unapologetic. I was so upset and was trying to reach another service to transport my wheelchair bound mother. Five Star kindly found a way to fit me into their schedule. They listened and understood the unique circumstances. I will never use another service. I am so very grateful for the human touch extended in this excellent business model.”
“Drew is incredible. My mother needed an early morning transport to the hospital for a surgery. Since we were regular customers, he was there bright and early. He makes my mom and I feel very safe during the trip. In reality, he helps me calm down as my mother is pretty fragile. We will use his services as much as he is available.”

Five Star Transport, made an exception to work on the weekend to help my brother’s and I make this transition with our mother. The driver went out of his way to make this an easy for all parties involved, he had 5 sets of eyes on him as he rolled our mother out of her home of the past 30 years. Since the transition, Drew has taken Ann to several appts. I can see the care, that goes above and beyond, not to jostle her during the loading and unloading process as my mom suffers from many ailments. They have always been on time both on pick up and deliver. The one thing I really like is that they send you notice and give you estimated time of arrival. The fee for this service not only saves my clients money it allows me to meet them at there appointments and not charge for accompanying them to the appointment.”
